GPL Exports Limited has a separate DTA Department to procure and supply exceptional quality products to the exporters all over India under below Quality assurance Norms:

1. DTA has well equipped QA Deptt where we monitor our products quality at various stages.

2. IQC- Incoming quality control of goods through quality inspection of each lot.

3. In-process quality inspection of customized goods.

4. Supplier quality inspection and pre-dispatch quality inspection along-with other external testing as chemical inspection, RoHS, REACH and products certifications etc.

5. Our Technicians & Engineers always make sure and maintain strict quality compliance to adopt International quality checking norms. They ensure to fulfill the requirements of customized needs.

Quality Assurance

We provide quality assurance by giving a constructive declaration on a product which has acquired the confidence for the expected outcome. It also indicates that the product will function smoothly without any glitch. For this, we have highly trained and qualified Q.C Team, capable of testing products in compliance with International standards.3 stages tests are being carried out on all the products-Inward, Online and Final, also 100% Electrical Test is carried out on Lamp base for High Voltage, Polarity and Continuity. All the products from components, lamp holders, lamp bases to lamp shades are tested in our well-equipped testing Lab.
